The reception manager was also present she remained in her office despite all the noise and arguing. My husband and I calmed down after requesting to speaking to another manager and at that point the reception personnel (3 personnel) who witness everything called the maintenance manager that finally came to calm us down and we departed for the airport. This was the worse experience of my life from a hotel staff member from any country. All of this because my sons knocked on the door and I guess he felt interrupted. He was rude, insulting, disrespectful overall nasty. This person should never work in an environment where they provide customer service and certainly should not be a manager. Our family has a smaller physique and this security manager was screaming and yelling at us forgetting that the lobby bathroom is not his personal bathroom and walking towards my husband and I as if he is about to hit us.
Walter Mohammed used his physique to attempt to intimidate my son, myself and my husband (Walter Mohammed is approximately 6.3 to 6.4 ft and my son and I are both 5.2 ft and my husband 5.7 ft). He was insulting us and informing us that we did not appropriately raise our son when he had no idea that my son did not hear him also it was both my sons not just one that knock (he assumed it was the oldest). He proceeded at yelling at us (both my husband and I) and informed us that he would put us on a blacklist, which at this point he was abusing he authority as security manager to threaten us. When my husband and I noticed we quickly ran towards Walter Mohammed and told him that he has no rights to yell at our son and if he had a problem that he needed to address it with us. Finally, Paradise Beach Villas Security Manager Walter Mohammed came out of the toilet and approached my oldest son (15 years) and started screaming and yelling at him because he knocked on the door. They knock a couple of times and when they finally heard someone respond they went back to the seating area to wait. Both boys went to the bathroom in the lobby next to the reception (single toilet) and when the approached they realized the door was locked. At approximately 1:00 pm my husband and I decided that it was time to go to the airport and as a result we told the boys to go to the bathroom while we were gathering the rest of our belongings (laptop, cell phone charger). My teenage boys did not want to go to the pool therefore we stayed in the lobby where we had access to the internet and the temperature was a little cooler. On Saturday July 16, 2022, My family and I (2 teenage boys and my husband) checked out of our room (room # 215) at the required time of 10:00 am, however since our fight was in the late afternoon (5:30 pm) we decided to stay at the hotel until it was time to go to the airport. If I could give a 0 rating I would.My vacation in Aruba Paradise Beach Villas ended extremely bad due to Paradise Beach Villas personnel who were very abusive, disrespectful, insulting, rude. Finally, Paradise Beach Villas Security Manager Walter Mohammed came out of the toilet and approached my oldest son (15 years) and started screaming and yelling at him.
